2) What we collect
Information you provide
- Account/registration details (e.g., email, optional profile info).
- Device activation inputs (e.g., Device ID, Device Key shown inside the TV app).
- Playlists you add to the app (e.g., M3U/Xtream Codes URL, name, icons). We only store what’s required for the Service to function.
- Support requests and content you send to us.
Information we collect automatically
- Device/technical data: app version, OS, model, language, time zone, crash logs, and basic diagnostics.
- Usage data: interactions with screens, non-sensitive events, and performance telemetry (aggregated/limited).
- Cookies & similar tech on the website for session management and analytics (see Cookies).
Nezu Player is a playlist manager. We do not host, resell, or monetize third-party content. Any streams you add are under your responsibility and subject to their owners’ terms.
3) Why we use your information (legal bases)
- Provide & maintain the Service — to register a device key, sync settings, restore purchases, and manage playlists (Contract).
- Diagnostics & security — to fix crashes, prevent abuse, and keep accounts safe (Legitimate Interests).
- Communications — to send service messages (activation, changes, policy updates) (Contract/Legal), and optional tips/updates (Consent).
- Payments — when purchasing a plan, we process the minimum data required via our payment processors (Contract/Legal).
- Compliance — to meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms (Legal).
4) Cookies & analytics
On the website, we may use essential cookies (for security/session) and optional analytics to understand aggregate usage. Where required, we’ll ask for your consent. You can control cookies in your browser settings and, where provided, in our cookie banner.
5) Payments
Purchases are handled by third-party processors (e.g., app stores or payment providers). We do not store full card details on our servers. The processor’s privacy policy applies in addition to this policy.
6) What we share
- Service providers that help us run hosting, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, and payments—only what they need to perform their services under contract.
- Legal/rights protection when required by law, to protect users, our rights, or investigate misuse.
- We do not sell personal information.
7) Data retention
We keep information only as long as necessary for the purposes above. You can request account deletion; deletion of server-side data will follow within a reasonable time unless retention is required by law.
8) Security
We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk (encryption in transit, access controls, minimization). No system is 100% secure—please keep your device key and playlists confidential.
9) International transfers
When data is processed outside your region, we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) and implement safeguards to protect your information.
10) Your rights
Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or limit processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You also may have the right to object to certain processing.

The Service is not directed to children under the minimum age required by local law. If you believe we have collected data from a child, contact us to request deletion.
